Therapy, is considered a collaborative, cooperative, problem-solving process, actively involving both the client and counselor to bring about emotional or behavioral change. Counseling is a proactive and healthy way to manage stress & become as healthy as you can. I use CBT, Client centered approach. I know you are the expert on you.
