About My Clients

I welcome clients with a wide range of experiences, concerns, and reasons for seeking therapy. I often work with those navigating trauma, attachment and relationship concerns, anxiety, depression, ADHD, nervous system dysregulation, grief and loss, and self-doubt. Whether you’re carrying longstanding patterns or facing something more recent, you don’t need to have it all figured out. We can begin wherever you are and work toward what matters most to you.

My Background and Approach

My work is integrative, person-centered, and grounded in trauma-informed care, meaning therapy is tailored to you rather than asking you to fit within a single approach. I draw from CBT, DBT, solution-focused therapy, psychodynamic approaches, attachment theory, and nervous system and somatic-informed principles depending on your needs. Together, we may explore current thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and relationships while also looking at earlier experiences and patterns that help us understand how you came to be where you are today. I believe meaningful change comes from both understanding what lies beneath our struggles and developing practical tools for what is happening right now. My goal is to meet you where you are, honor what you’re ready for, and build our work around your individual needs, goals, and pace.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe the relationship we build is one of the most meaningful parts of therapy. Our sessions don’t need to feel clinical, polished, or look the same each week. Some days, you may come ready to do difficult work, and I’ll be beside you, gently challenging you, holding you accountable, and cheering you on. Other days, you may need a place to exhale, talk about your week, cry, laugh, or simply be. There is room for all of it here. I want therapy to feel like an ongoing partnership where you know someone is genuinely in your corner, remembers your story, celebrates your growth, and meets you with care even on the harder days. You never have to perform or arrive as the “right” version of yourself. While techniques and tools matter, I believe healing also happens through connection: feeling safe enough to be honest, understood enough to let your guard down, and supported enough to begin taking the next step.
