About My Clients
My clients are queer, tender, curious, and complex. Many carry trauma, grief, or shame from being told they were too much—or not enough. They may be navigating identity shifts, religious harm, burnout, people-pleasing, or the ache of disconnection from self and others. Whether you're processing relational wounds, deconstructing old narratives, or learning to feel safe in your body again, I’m here to support your becoming. I work especially well with LGBTQIA+ adults and trauma survivors.
My Background and Approach
I'm a queer, trauma-informed therapist who blends relational, somatic, and narrative approaches. I draw from Internal Family Systems, mindfulness, and body-based practices to support deep, consent-driven healing. I believe therapy is a collaborative, non-pathologizing space where we honor your inner wisdom, tend to protective parts, and gently reconnect with what’s been silenced or exiled.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe healing is not about fixing what’s broken, but gently remembering what is still whole. I don’t pathologize your pain—I honor it as a response to what you’ve lived through. I trust that your nervous system has always been working to protect you, even when it no longer feels sustainable. Together, we create space to slow down, listen inward, and reconnect with parts of you that were silenced, shamed, or exiled. I believe queerness is sacred, rest is resistance, and therapy can be a place of liberation—not just coping. I honor both the brilliant strategies you’ve developed to survive and your body’s innate capacity to heal at its own pace. In our work, I center consent, curiosity, and compassion. You don’t need to be “ready” or “fixed” to show up. All of you is welcome here.
