About My Clients
Feeling stuck? Not sure what to do? Having trouble with depression, anxiety, communication or addiction? I understand all of that. I would like to help you get back on track with life by helping you find the tools needed. I work with clients ages 12-up. I offer empathy. I am open and honest in the best way to help guide you towards the healing path. I am also going to help give you a little push when you feel like you are stuck.
My Background and Approach
I have 10 years of experience with Substance Use and Mental Health issues. I have my Bachelors and Masters in Social Work. I use a variety of therapeutic modalities including but not limited to CBT, DBT, Trauma- Focused and Grief Therapy. It is important for my clients to work on things outside of therapy.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am open with all things. Being in this field I hear and see many different aspects of life. I am not here to judge. I am happy to work with anyone. If for some reason I feel like we aren't a good fit, I am happy to refer you to someone who can.
