I draw from ACT, IFS, EMDR, and narrative therapy to help clients understand their patterns, heal emotional wounds, and build resilience. I bring lived experience with ADHD and personal grief, which helps me show up with honesty, empathy, and steadiness. Sessions move at your pace, with practical tools and gentle guidance to support real, lasting change.

I believe people heal in spaces where they’re met with honesty, care, and zero judgment. I value authenticity, self-compassion, and helping clients reconnect with their inner strength. I’m drawn to mindfulness, creativity, and gentle structure in the healing process. Outside of work, I enjoy meaningful conversations, nature, reflective writing, and finding small moments of beauty even in difficult seasons.
