My Background and Approach
I specialize in using cognitive-behavioral therapy to treat anxiety and depression as well as EMDR for trauma processing. Two areas I particularly enjoy treating include helping women with self-esteem. I also treat insomnia and sleep difficulties. I spent 9 years with the VA healthcare system and I'd love to help you.
