About My Clients
Is OCD or a related condition taking over your life? Are you avoiding situations to reduce your anxiety? Does it feel like you can’t control your thoughts and emotions? My Background and Approach
Dr. Fitch completed her doctoral studies in Clinical Psychology in 2015 at Florida State University, where her graduate research focused on OCD and hoarding disorder. Since licensure in 2016, she has primarily helped individuals with OCD, body dysmorphic disorder, illness anxiety, and hoarding disorder. She works to empower her patients to face fears with courage, engage in their lives in meaningful ways (even if anxiety, shame, or depression shows up), and extend compassion to themselves when they ordinarily would be self-critical. Her primary treatment modalities include ERP and ACT
