About My Clients
I have extensive experience working with children, adolescents, adults and their families that are suffering from a variety of mental health issues that include, grief, ADHD and other behavioral issues, Bipolar, Anger, Low Self-Esteem and Eating Disorders. I am specialized in the treatment of Anxiety and Depression using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and other evidenced based practices.
My Background and Approach
Kristin Bronson, LPC, is a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 16 years of experience helping individuals increase self-awareness, confidence, and clarity in relationships. She specializes in people-pleasing, self-doubt, overthinking, fear of conflict, as well as anxiety and depression rooted in relational trauma. Since 2005, Kristin has worked with children, adults, and families in settings including home-based services, psychiatric hospitals, group practice, marital counseling, and individual therapy. She has extensive experience with high-risk youth and the foster care system and has provided community education on bullying and domestic violence, including hosting mental health radio segments on 103.5 WMUZ FM. In 2019, she founded Hopeful Reflections Counseling Center in Clinton Township, Michigan where she continues to provide therapy, facilitate groups, lead workshops, write, and mentor other clinicians.
