About My Clients
I work primarily with adults who feel overwhelmed, stuck or burned out- especially those who are used to being the “strong one” for everyone else. Many of my clients are navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationship stress, or the quiet exhaustion that comes from constantly holding it together. I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can slow down, gain clarity, and build practical tools that actually fit your life.
My Background and Approach
My approach is collaborative and grounded in evidence-based practices, while still honoring your lived experience. Therapy with me is both compassionate and goal oriented, but I am not afraid to challenge you. We process the hard things, but we also work toward meaningful change. I utilize evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), strengths-based interventions, and solution-focused strategies. I value a collaborative therapeutic relationship and tailor treatment to each client’s goals, cultural background, and unique circumstances. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that everyone can heal, change and grow at any time in their lives. I don’t believe there is a limit to human capacity. I think environments and learned behaviors can significantly impact us for better or worse, which means that I think you can unlearn the “faulty” behaviors and replace them with healthy ones. Through my own life experiences and self-work, I have learned how to handle stress and anxiety, and move through it so that it didn’t have control over me.
