My focus is to help clients to build self-acceptance, a sense of purpose and meaning based on their personal values, and effective thinking and behavior patterns to promote their well-being over the long-term. Research has taught us that certain thinking and behavior skills are associated with positive mental health outcomes. I work to help my clients to integrate these into their daily lives.

My primary treatment methods are Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Gottman couples' therapy methods.
