About My Clients
As a person-centered clinician and an empathetic administrator meeting client needs in crisis, trauma, mental illness, post-partum, and adjustment difficulties, I am well prepared to work side-by-side with clients and guide the entire team through the often confusing processes leading toward success.
My Background and Approach
My areas of practice include mood and adjustment disorders; depression, anxiety, and grief issues; trauma; and relationship conflicts. I present successful strategies and offer a non-judgmental supportive environment to individuals struggling with transitional issues and/or those who are in need of a long term supportive atmosphere. I use an eclectic approach including a number of modalities but by my favorite is CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy).
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I strongly believe that change can happen in one's life at any point. Engaging with them where they are at is the very first step. Self-care and self-worth will be focused on and I will be there to help guide this journey, as long as I am let in. I look forward to meeting and accepting new individuals into my holistic approach of treatment.
