About My Clients
I am currently licensed in 5 states; Arizona, New Mexico, Hawaii, Nevada, and Texas. I am accepting new clients in all 5 states and I am credentialed with several insurance payors. I also accept out-of-pocket clients- $150 for 53+ minutes. My focus is anxiety, panic, depression, adjustment disorders, grief and loss, LGBTQIA2S+ issues, PTSD, and Sexual Abuse.
My Background and Approach
I am a good listener. I am empathetic and I am compassionate. My approach is honest and direct. I like to use a lot of visual resources so that members have a resource to watch or listen to when they might be having a hard day or do not have a session for the week. Before our sessions, I encourage members to find a private and comfortable space for the session- someplace they feel safe speaking openly. Please bring a snack and/or beverage. You are welcome to light candles or dim the lights. Please light some incense or I suggest getting a diffuser with calming essential oils. I encourage you to play meditative/ soothing music in the background during the session. Your fur babies are also welcome to attend as well. My fur babies might attend sessions from time to time depending on their mood. The point is to create a relaxing space because sometimes we discuss intense or triggering topics.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I volunteered at the Rape crisis center in Nevada for several years. I also volunteered at Nathan Adelson Hospice. I love all animals. I believe all people are created equal and deserve respect. I am an ally for the LGBTQIA2S+ and BIPOC community. I am a member and ally of the Jewish community. I am an ally for the Pagan, Magickal, spiritual, new-age healer community.
