I have specialized training in dialectical behavioral therapy, which combines mindfulness with cognitive behavioral therapy. By using DBT, you can gain mastery of mindfulness, managing emotions, creating and improving relationships, and experience relief from suffering.

EMDR is a therapy that encourages the client to briefly focus on the trauma memory while simultaneously experiencing bilateral stimulation (typically eye movements), which is associated with a reduction in the vividness and emotion associated with the trauma memories. Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy is an extensively researched, effective psychotherapy method proven to help people recover from trauma and PTSD symptoms. It is also helpful for anxiety and depression.
