About My Clients

Midlife is the perfect time to explore old patterns that are keeping you "stuck," and identify what is getting in the way of living a more joyful life.
My Background and Approach
I meet every client with compassion, and respect the courage it takes to look deeply and honestly at oneself. Since each person is unique, I use an eclectic approach that is based on your wants, needs, and history. I work from a psychodynamic framework, which means I use talk therapy to identify beliefs and patterns that may be getting in the way of living the life you want. When appropriate, I may incorporate elements from behavioral therapies and mindfulness to give you practical tools that you can use in your daily life.
