About My Clients
My clients are people who are looking for a holistic approach incorporating mind-body-spirit to determine their path through this life.
My Background and Approach
Using a Jungian informed approach I help clients explore any type of spirituality, tarot, astrology, energy work, etc. In addition to this spiritual lens, I am also trained in more mainstream approaches such as EMDR, Narrative therapy, and parenting skills to name a few. I am currently working through training for Reiki, religious trauma, and deeping my understanding of astrology. I like to approach healing through the integration of mind-body-spirit including how the family system impacts current perceptions of the world including ancestral considerations. I have worked with clients across the lifespan and with a variety of experiences for over a decade.
