We work with a variety of women's issues whether it is infertility, parenting, life transitions, work stress, or just putting everything on ourselves due to the multitude of roles we play. We know that women (and those who identify as women) can take on a lot in their lives and sometimes it can become a bit much for us to handle. We want you to get to a better place for your own health and wellness - mentally, physically, and spiritually.

Depression can come in so many forms in our lives. At times you may feel good one moment and in the next crying in a corner. It is okay. We are here to help you through this tough time in your life. It may not be easy to get up today, but hopefully with our help it will get easier.

Worrying about worrying can be overwhelming at times. Constantly thinking about the same ruminating thought over and over again can be exhausting. Anxiety can be our worst nightmare and also our best friend. We feel better thinking about all of the things that could go wrong thinking it will prepare us for the inevitable, but let's be honest it doesn't. We want to help you calm your worries and fears, so you can get to a better place mentally.

We want you to get to a better place so we practice integrative therapy and services. We work with your systems to ensure you are getting the best care possible. Whether we are talking with your primary care doctor, teacher, holistic clinician, medication management provider, etc. we want to make sure you are getting the care you need in all areas of your life. Your team is important for your overall wellbeing and we want to be a part of it.

We practice a variety of modalities, but each person is very different so we individualize our treatment based on your needs. We may use several techniques including CBT, DBT, Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, IFS, etc. to ensure you are getting the care you need. Every person is different so we use a variety of techniques (even in one session) as we integrate it into your care.

We practice a holistically as we believe everything is tied together. We cannot just work in one area and believe that you are healed. No every area of your body, mind, and spirit is important in making sure you are whole. We have several services within our practice to help you on your holistic journey. We can use medication, but we can also use other treatments to help a person as well that can be just (if not more) effective.
