About My Clients
I work with individuals and couples. Bringing a strong relational focus, I support clients processing trauma, depression, anxiety, life transitions, identity concerns, faith-related issues, boundary challenges, and marriage concerns. If you’re seeking someone who others have described as insightful, discerning, and easy to open up who helps clients gain clarity and perspective. Let's connect to see if I am the right fit to help you walk into a space of healing, growth, and health.
My Background and Approach
My method is trauma-informed and grounded in foundational cognitive behavioral therapy while integrating attachment-based therapy, and family systems perspectives. I value bringing faith into the counseling process when requested. I strive to create a counseling space that is warm, thoughtful, and safe—one where clients feel seen, heard, and supported as they work toward growth and healing.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
For over 20 years, in the U.S. and overseas, I have walked alongside of young people as they work through the many challenges they face jumping into the world on their own. I believe relationships are one of the most precious gifts we have in this world, which has opened doors for me to help couples, parents, children, friends, and any other type of relationship navigate how to help their connections be as healthy as possible. I’m also passionate about helping people separate the challenges and pains of life from what their identity truly is. You’ve likely heard it said that your past (your experiences, your hurts, and wounds) does not define you. But sometimes, that’s hard to believe. From personal experience, I have trudged the path toward heath—seeing my past as shaping, but not defining. We are ever-changing beings and I deeply love helping people discover their true identity.
