About My Clients
I offer a client-centered, Christian perspective to therapy. I am experienced in helping people with depression, anxiety, adoption/foster care, and infertility issues. Specializing in couple’s therapy believing that strengthening the marriage strengthens the family unit. I also specialize in treating individuals who have been physically/sexually abused, and experienced trauma.
My Background and Approach
Kristi Sanford is a licensed marriage and family therapist with a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology and a Master’s Degree in Counseling Ministry (Faith-Based Counseling) from California Baptist University. Practicing since 2014, Kristi is experienced in helping people with depression, anxiety, and other mood-related disorders. Her passion is couple’s therapy, believing that strengthening the marriage strengthens the family unit. She also specializes in treating those who have been physically/sexually abused, experienced trauma, adoption, infertility issues, postpartum depression, grief, and loss.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
There is hope to the problems and emotions we face daily. We believe that there is hope even in the darkest points of our lives. You should not navigate it alone. Our goal at Flowers of Hope is to provide comfort, hope, and healing in times of confusion and despair through faith. We help bring individuals, couples, and families to a place of peace, hope, and understanding. I am passionate about helping people through difficult times and helping them to heal. Seeking help is hard and reaching out knowing someone cares about what you are going through can make all the difference.
