About My Clients
I have done extensive work with couples, families and individuals with issues including but not limited to anxiety/depression, grief and loss, adolescent issues, eating disorders, coping skills, work/career issues, interpersonal conflict, non-traditional relationships and families. I also offer “divorce” counseling to one or all affected parties. I have extensive experience with PTSD, military personnel, adult sex abuse survivors. Ultimately, I am here to meet you where you are at !
My Background and Approach
I take an eclectic approach to therapy, with running themes of mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy, all in all A Solution Focussed modality.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I myself have attended counseling in the past, and had both positive and negative experiences. Based on those experiences, I have worked to create a friendly, judgement free zone where you can feel safe and supported even with the most difficult issues you are facing.
