My Background and Approach

You are the most important project you will ever work on. Things can get better and you can find your way to happiness again. I specialize in working with adults, particularly women, who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from the life they want to lead. The foundation of my approach to counseling is to build a warm, supportive, therapeutic relationship.
