I believe experience in life prepares us to relate to others in ways to bring perspective, understanding, and empathy for others who are struggling. Change is an inevitable part of life that we experience daily. I enjoy working with individuals who find changes in life difficult to navigate and those who struggle to feel safe connecting to others.
My Background and Approach
My specialized training in neurocounseling, incorporates a combination of attachment, mindfulness, brain-body based interventions, with a health and wellness approach to address mental health. I have 10 years of experience working with children, teens and adults, where I specialized in Neurofeedback training and Mental Health Nutrition/Health Coaching. My counseling approach combines Mind-Body therapy, Attachment, Polyvagal Theory, Brainspotting, Internal Family Systems, and Complex Trauma for a unique approach for those who are looking for something different. I believe in integrating a variety of therapy techniques to meet you where you are on your journey.
