About My Clients
Have you experienced stress, chronic illness, grief/loss, anxiety, or depression and are unsure how to cope? Have you had thoughts of self-harm or suicide? Do you need someone to talk to and process life events? Are you questioning your sexuality? Therapy can help educate, develop skills to reduce distressing symptoms, process and cope with life experiences, and develop skills to help reduce undesirable thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. I can also use EMDR to help you achieve your goals.
My Background and Approach
I work online only with mostly with teens and adults, and specialize in trauma, stress, anxiety, depression, grief, and chronic illness. My first goal is to provide a comfortable and safe space in which we can work together toward your goals. I believe you are the expert on yourself, and that you have the ability to create an authentic and balanced life while my job is to be your collaborator on that journey, and to provide a space where you can be heard and find practical solutions, free from judgment. My approach includes Cognitive Behavioral and Solution Focused therapies, as well as I am also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) for all of these issues
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I offer a safe space for you to discover your full potential, as well as a place you can say whatever you need to say, however you need to say it, free of judgement! I take very seriously creating this space for you, as well as a therapeutic relationship that leads to healing. I believe we all deserve basic human rights, we deserve to live judgement free. I believe no human is illegal, love is love, and we are all special and unique in our own way, and that is what makes the world a beautiful place, full of diversity. All are welcome here!
