About My Clients

Maybe you have experienced a significant loss like a relationship ending, a job loss, a move, loss of financial security, or the death of a loved one? All life changes both positive and negative can throw you into grief, a state of disequilibrium, where you struggle to find a new normal or you experience difficulties in your relationships.
My Background and Approach
I work with both individuals and couples providing an holistic, collaborative approach in our work together. I specialize in helping adults heal from trauma, grief/loss, anxiety, life transitions, and relationship issues. I am a Certified Grief Counselor and when working with couples I utilize both the Gottman Method and Emotionally-Focused therapy.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe everyone can benefit from therapy and therapy can be a place where one feels completely accepted and free to fully express who they are without judgement.
