My Background and Approach
I am a Clinical Social Worker with more than ten years of experience specializing in helping adolescents, adults, and families to overcome anxiety, mood difficulties, chronic stress/ complex trauma, and relationship dynamics. Much of my experience has included serving as Clinical Director for various inpatient and outpatient settings as well as providing direct clinical services. I utilize an integrative approach tailored to your individual needs so you can achieve the best and happiest version of yourself! I utilize DBT, TF-CBT, ARC, Solution Focused, Relational, Mind-body connection, and Sensory strategies through a trauma informed lens. I also utilize Gottman Therapy and Emotionally Focused therapy when working with couples.

I strive to create a warm and trusting environment, free of judgment, to promote a safe space for self-discovery and personal growth.
