About My Clients
The populations I specialize in counseling include those within the broad LGBTQIA+ spectrums of sexual orientation and/or gender identity, those seeking relationship counseling or marriage counseling, polyamorous folks & others in non-monogamous or open relationships, and I am kink affirming. I help clients working on anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem, life skills, communication skills, boundaries, assertive communication, mindfulness, relationship counseling, and life changes.
My Background and Approach
Along with a strong base of person-centered and liberation-based therapy, I may use cognitive behavioral therapy, strengths-based therapy, mindfulness, and teach communication skills and boundary setting as appropriate for each unique client's needs. I strive to provide a non-judgmental, respectful, calm, and stable environment as your counselor, and hope to empower you to live authentically. I enjoy relationship / couples / marriage counseling, and love working with people in non-monogamous or other open formats. Are you currently going through a life change or deciding on one soon? My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My personal values and causes or ideals I donate my time, money, or other resources to include: LGBTQIA+ rights and wellness, social justice and civil rights, feminist, sex positive, pro-choice, anti-racist, anti-capitalism, decriminalizing sex work, and actively advocate for these issues. For lived experience, I am on the ace / aro and pan / bi spectrums. I am a Highly Sensitive Person (HSP), an introvert, and a feminist.
