About My Clients

I work with individuals, couples, families, and parents who want to better understand themselves, strengthen their relationships, and create lives aligned with their values. Clients seek therapy for trauma, attachment wounds, relationship challenges, intimacy concerns, life transitions, parenting, family dynamics, and generational patterns they hope to transform. I specialize in supporting ethical nonmonogamy, polyamory, LGBTQIA+ identities, and diverse relationship structures.

My Background and Approach

My path into this work began as a behavior coach trained in crisis management and de-escalation, a foundation I later expanded through Reiki, success coaching, and ketamine and psychedelic integration work. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist specializing in relational healing, trauma, couples work, and whole person wellness. I integrate Family Systems, EMDR, somatic therapy, attachment theory, and nervous system informed care to support meaningful and lasting change. Through a systemic understanding of each person's story, I help clients explore how experiences, relationships, and inherited patterns shape their inner world and their connections with others.

My Values as a Therapist

I believe healing is both personal and relational. The way we relate to ourselves influences the way we show up in our relationships, families, and communities. I am passionate about supporting people who are intentionally creating more conscious relationships, breaking cycles that no longer serve them, and designing lives aligned with their authentic selves. I believe parents and caregivers have a powerful opportunity to shape future generations by healing their own stories and creating environments rooted in connection, emotional awareness, and authenticity. My work is grounded in compassion, curiosity, cultural humility, and respect for the many meaningful ways people build healthy relationships.
