About My Clients
I love clients who are ready to work on their relationships, depression, anxiety, and trauma. I see individual adults and couples via my full telehealth practice. It's not necessary to have had any previous therapy experience, as it's my goal to meet you where ever you are in your journey.
My Background and Approach
I've worked in the helping profession for 25 + years in various settings such as domestic violence, Rape Crisis, Suicide intervention, community mental health, and private practice. I'm easy-going, non-judgmental, and prefer an organic approach to therapy. If you're interested in working on trauma-related issues, then we can pivot to experiential types of therapy, as I'm trained in EMDR.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am an LGBTQIA+ ally and am sex-positive, with experience in non-traditional relationships. I am agnostic, liberal, and extremely open-minded.
