About My Clients
My clinical focus spans from late adolescence through adulthood. I work with individuals who experience difficulties related to Depression, Anxiety, Self-Esteem, Identity, Self-Image, and transitioning to Adulthood, specializing in supporting neurodivergent (ADHD/Autistic) individuals and their families. I am passionate about providing LGBTQIA+ affirming care, and creating safe spaces for all who need mental health support.
My Background and Approach
I am a licensed Clinical Social Worker in Maryland and have multiple years of experience in helping adults, teens and families in crisis. Utilizing a strengths-based, person-centered approach, I incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness techniques to empower clients in their healing journey. My goal is to create a warm and non-judgmental space where clients feel supported, understood, and empowered to make positive changes in their lives. Drawing from specialized training through the Kennedy Krieger Institute, I am equipped to address a wide range of neurodiversity-related concerns. Whether you're seeking support with executive function difficulties, social skills development, or emotional regulation, I am here to provide personalized guidance and practical strategies tailored to your needs.
