About My Clients
My clients are caregivers, men, healthcare workers, first responders, executives, therapists, and college students across New Jersey who are high-functioning but quietly overwhelmed. They come to therapy managing burnout, codependency, anxiety, depression, perfectionism, family caregiving stress, life transitions, and job stress — often while supporting everyone around them. I believe therapy should be practical, structured, and grounded in real life — not open-ended conversation for its own sake. Most of my clients are capable, driven people who have spent years being strong for everyone else. They do not need to be told they are struggling. They need tools, clarity, and a space where their experience is taken seriously. I believe highly sensitive people, caregivers, and men navigating emotional challenges deserve therapy that meets them where they are — without judgment and without the pressure to fit a mold. I believe that burnout, perfectionism, and codependency are not character flaws. They are patterns that develop for good reasons and can be changed with the right support.
