I work with relationships and individuals to improve understanding and creating new actions/thoughts around sexuality. Goal examples include: overcoming sexual anxiety, improved sexual self-esteem, improve sexual education, process pain with sex, etc.

I work with relationships to ensure that relationships provide mutual satisfaction and happiness in all parties. Goal examples include: communicating more effectively, understanding of desire discrepancy, overcoming infidelity, etc.

I work with individuals who find themselves troubled by negative or unhelpful thoughts. Goal examples include: challenging negative thoughts, improve worldview, improve actions associated to feelings, etc.
