About My Clients
I work with high-functioning adults who look put-together but feel overwhelmed inside. Many of my clients struggle with anxiety, burnout, perfectionism, and overthinking. You may be the one others depend on, yet you feel emotionally exhausted and unsure how to slow down or ask for support. I offer therapy that’s warm, structured, and focused on real tools to help you feel more grounded, confident, and in control, without having to carry it all alone.
My Background and Approach
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience in both intensive and outpatient settings. I’ve worked with adults navigating anxiety, trauma, self-esteem challenges, and relationship dynamics. Over time, I saw how many high-functioning clients felt stuck, wanting more than just a space to vent. That’s why I developed Calm the Chaos, an 8-week program that combines insight, structure, and real-life tools to help clients feel grounded and steady. I specialize in anxiety, perfectionism, and emotional overwhelm, using approaches like CBT, mindfulness, and nervous system regulation. Whether we’re working through thought spirals, burnout, or the pressure to be everything to everyone, I bring a warm, focused approach to help you move forward with confidence and clarity.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy should feel safe, supportive, and real, not performative or perfect. My work is rooted in compassion, clarity, and the belief that real change happens when we feel truly seen and supported. I'm LGBTQ+ affirming, body-neutral, and committed to creating an inclusive, trauma-informed space. I care deeply about reducing mental health stigma, especially for those who are used to being the “strong one.” Outside of therapy, I find calm in nature, creativity, and continued learning. I value authenticity and emotional safety, and I strive to meet each client with warmth, curiosity, and respect. Therapy with me is a space where you don’t have to prove anything, just show up as you are. I believe healing happens through connection, empowerment, and learning how to respond to yourself with compassion instead of criticism.
