My Background and Approach
My approach is integrative, experiential, and holistic. I have experience working with clients who are struggling with anxiety, depression, substance use, relationships, anger, or just desire to live a more balanced life. The tools that I acquired in the realm of the performing arts expands my capacity to work with anyone who could benefit from interactive and experiential modalities. My certification in sound healing allows me to support your needs through mindfulness meditations. During the initial treatment process, we will discuss your most pressing concerns and clarify your core values. At your own pace, we will explore your beliefs, relationships, behaviors and coping skills and design a plan that builds on your strengths.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
In my mid-twenties, I packed my life up and moved to South Korea. My experiences traveling throughout Asia, teaching, and volunteering at an orphanage, reminded me that we are inherently happy. Mo Gawdat states, “Happiness is our default state, and after a while we start downloading weird apps and now the phone doesn’t work.” I believe that we carry layers of limiting beliefs and fears that don’t belong to us and have overstayed their visit. Allow me to help you peel away at these layers so you can reconnect to your true self. I look forward to working with you!
