About My Clients
Throughout life we face many storms. Oftentimes, we try to avoid these storms by running away from them. However, the storm eventually catches up to us and we then are running with the storm, prolonging our pain and hardship. Bison take the storm head on and reduce the amount of time being in the storm. Here at Veritas Counseling Group we are here to help give you the tools to face the storm head on and we are here to charge it with you.
My Background and Approach
I enjoy working with each of my clients and view therapy from the lens that the client is the expert in their life. I am here to sit in the passenger seat and offer a safe and nonjudgmental space for each client to explore and process their truth.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that everyone can change and grow at any time in their lives. I believe that each client has the capacity to move towards self-awareness with the right conditions.
