Using IFS Therapy, I help people identify and understand the protective parts behind their anxious thoughts and behaviors. Through parts work and art journaling, I guide people in externalizing their inner experiences, increasing self-awareness, and connecting with their core Self to reduce anxiety and move forward with calm, courage, and clarity.

I help clients struggling with codependency by using IFS therapy to explore the parts of them that feel responsible for others or fear abandonment. Through intuitive art journaling, we bring these parts to light in a creative, compassionate way—building clarity, healthy boundaries, and a stronger connection to their authentic Self.

Burnout often comes from parts of us that feel like we always have to do more or take care of everyone else. Through IFS therapy and intuitive art journaling, I help people get to know those parts with compassion, ease the pressure, and reconnect with their calm, grounded Self—so they can feel more energized, make choices that truly fit, and rediscover a sense of joy and meaning in their lives.

I completed IFS Level 1 training (89 hours) through the IFS Institute from August to December 2024, and I continue to deepen my practice through ongoing consultation and study.
