About My Clients
I work with teens and adults who may be navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, family dynamics, or simply feeling overwhelmed by life. My clients may also be looking to strengthen their self-esteem, better understand themselves, or find healthier ways to cope with everyday stressors. You don’t have to have everything figured out before starting therapy. We can begin wherever you are.
My Background and Approach
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I approach therapy from a systemic perspective. This means I look beyond what is happening in the moment and consider how relationships, family experiences, environment, and other parts of your life may shape how you feel and respond today. My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to your individual needs. I integrate Person-Centered, Solution-Focused, Narrative, and Cognitive Behavioral approaches to help you better understand yourself, recognize patterns, build practical tools, and create meaningful change. Therapy with me is a space where you can show up as you are while we work together toward growth that feels realistic and sustainable.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe everyone deserves a space where they can feel heard, respected, and supported without judgment. I value meeting people where they are and recognizing that our experiences, relationships, culture, and environment can all shape how we move through life. I believe growth looks different for everyone, and therapy should honor that. My role is not to tell you who to be, but to support you as you gain a deeper understanding of yourself and build a life that feels meaningful to you.
