As a licensed clinical social worker, I have experience working with individuals from childhood through adulthood with all mental health needs. My goal is to empower my clients to feel confident within their lives, while building healthier habits to thrive in their future.
My Background and Approach
I created this practice to "empower you to grow into your best version." I specialize with children with mental and behavioral health needs, as well as provide therapeutic support to parents who are in need of assistance with their parenting techniques while dealing with every day stressors. I use an integrative/holistic approach along with a solution centered approach, utilizing therapeutic techniques including, but not limited to, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Child-Play Therapy. Whether you are experiencing high stress levels, are feeling symptoms of anxiety and/or depression, or are needing help improving communication skills within your family, I provide individual, couples and family therapy where I teach the skills needed for you to feel empowered in your own life.

I believe that everyone can change and grow at any time in their lives. I strive to be the therapist that I would want my child or family member to have, which is a safe and nurturing person to speak with.
