My Background and Approach
I've been in the field since 2009 and established my practice in 2013. I specialize in treating all things anxiety related, in addition to relationship issues. I utilize several modalities in my approach to therapy (listed in my profile), which allows me to tailor each session to the unique needs of the individual client.

I became a therapist because I've personally struggled with anxiety, so I know how debilitating it can be.
