Healing from relationship trauma can help transform your ability to be resilient in future relationships. I have specialized training in narcissistic abuse, attachment, communication skills, and creating and upholding boundaries. I use a trauma-informed lens and together we can create safe and lasting relationships that you will thrive in.
My Background and Approach
I have been working in the mental health field since 2013, I received my Master's Degree in 2019. My therapeutic approach allows me to effectively serve people dealing with depression and anxiety to life transitions and complex trauma. I work from an integrative therapy lens, meaning, I am able to tailor my therapeutic technique to each client and each situation. I tend to primarily focus within evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, and ACT.
