About My Clients
I work with teens and adults who feel overwhelmed by anxiety, stress, ADHD symptoms, or the challenges of everyday life. Many of the people I support are navigating major transitions, struggling with self-confidence, feeling stuck in unhelpful patterns, or finding it difficult to balance responsibilities at school, work, or home. Others are looking for support in managing relationships, improving emotional well-being, or developing practical strategies to better cope with life’s challenges.
My Background and Approach
I am a Clinical Mental Health Counseling graduate student completing my advanced internship under supervision. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I work with teens and adults experiencing anxiety, ADHD-related challenges, stress, life transitions, relationship concerns, and difficulties with self-esteem. I believe therapy should be a place where you feel heard, supported, and accepted without judgment. Together, we will explore the challenges bringing you to therapy, identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and develop practical strategies to help you move toward your goals. I strive to create a comfortable environment where clients can build insight, strengthen coping skills, and create meaningful change. As a counselor-in-training, I receive ongoing supervision and am committed to providing thoughtful, client-centered care tailored to each person’s unique needs.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that everyone has the capacity for growth and change, even during life’s most difficult seasons. Therapy is not about having all the answers, it’s about creating a space to explore challenges, gain new perspectives, and move toward what matters most to you. I strive to provide a supportive, compassionate environment where clients feel safe to be themselves, build on their strengths, and create meaningful change in their lives.
