I work with young- and established-adults, families, and elderly populations. We collaborate through curiosity and creativity, as clients and I seek to identify clients' strengths and their inner resources (so often already there, but not yet acknowledged) for navigating life's really tough moments.
My Background and Approach
I am a Pennsylvania licensed psychologist, working with folks in: Individual therapy Family/parent consultation Clinical supervision Specialties: Aging/Geriatric Transitions Anxiety/Stress Autistic Spectrum Disorder Depression Family Relationship Difficulties Grief and Loss Identity Development and Affirmation Life Transitions Parenting Postpartum Distress Trauma and PTSD Relationship Issues Spirituality Explorations Strengths and Self Esteem Development Teen/Young Adult transitions I utilize a humanistic, strengths-based style while drawing on CBT, psychodynamic, and narrative techniques as I support clients' development of self-worth, flexibility, and self-compassion. We work toward positive growth and change and toward the development of nourishing, supportive relationships. I am currently conducting all sessions through telehealth and am so excited to bring these therapeutic conversations into clients’ homes, apartments, dorm rooms, and work spaces!
