About My Clients
I work with children, teens, and adults who are navigating ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, mood changes, and the stress of daily life. Many of my clients feel overwhelmed, misunderstood, or unsure where to start. I also support those managing binge eating, ARFID, OCD, bipolar disorder, and emotional regulation challenges. My clients value a calm, nonjudgmental space where they can explore their experiences, feel heard, and move toward meaningful change.
My Background and Approach
I am a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner providing online psychiatry and psychotherapy across Florida. My background in critical care taught me the importance of clear communication, steady guidance, and truly listening to each person’s story. I take a trauma-informed, patient-centered approach that blends therapy with thoughtful medication management when appropriate. My work focuses on ADHD, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, PTSD and trauma, OCD, insomnia, eating disorders including ARFID and binge eating, and emotional instability. I take time to understand who you are beyond your symptoms so we can create a plan that feels safe, collaborative, and tailored to your needs. My goal is to offer a warm, grounded environment where you feel supported, understood, and empowered to move toward clarity and stability at your own pace.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that every person deserves to feel seen, respected, and supported exactly as they are. My work is grounded in compassion, curiosity, and a deep commitment to creating spaces where people feel safe to express their experiences without judgment. I value inclusivity and am affirming of LGBTQ+ individuals, diverse family structures, neurodiversity, cultural identities, and the unique ways people navigate the world. I care deeply about reducing the stigma around mental health and increasing access to care, especially for those who have felt dismissed, misunderstood, or overlooked in healthcare settings. I support trauma-informed, person-centered approaches & believe healing happens when people feel genuinely heard. I am passionate about advocacy, mental health education, and supporting individuals through challenges with kindness, patience, and respect. My goal is to meet every client with openness and to honor their lived experience as we work toward growth & emotional wellbeing.
