About My Clients
My typical clients have spent years trying to understand themselves yet still feel stuck in familiar patterns. Anxiety, relationship struggles, people-pleasing, emotional overwhelm, chronic self-blame, or difficulty feeling fully connected to themselves or others are common presenting concerns. Most of my clients are deeply self-aware and understand their patterns intellectually but struggle to create the lasting shifts they desire.
My Background and Approach
I specialize in complex trauma, relational trauma, attachment wounds, and anxiety. My approach integrates schema therapy, EMDR, nervous system regulation, attachment theory, and experiential interventions. I offer office, virtual, and nature-based sessions that support healing through relational safety, self-awareness, and meaningful corrective experiences. Together, we explore how early experiences, relationships, and adaptive survival strategies continue to shape the present.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I create safety and build rapport by... showing up consistently, transparently and modeling authenticity, even when that means not having all of the answers. I am explicit about details because I don’t want clients to have surprises about the counseling process, whether that applies to goal setting or invoicing. I know that the client chair can be uncomfortably vulnerable. You deserve a therapist who is a good fit—someone who is warm, transparent, curious, and meets you where you are. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe enough to explore your story, supported enough to grow, and empowered to achieve greater clarity and connection. I believe that therapy doesn't have to look one way for all clients and mental wellness should be prioritized to the same degree as physical health.
