Life can be stressful. For all of us. You need a safe place focused on you—a place to process where you’ve been, where you are, and what you want for the journey ahead. I have experience helping clients with the following concerns: anxiety, depression, disordered eating, LGBTQIA+ Support, life transitions, parenting concerns, perfectionism, relationship difficulties, self-harm, stress, suicidal thoughts, and trauma.
My Background and Approach
So glad you’re here. Taking steps to take care of ourselves can be difficult when we have so many demands on our time and energy. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I have over 14 years of experience providing therapy to adolescents, teens, adults, and couples. I provide a non-judgmental space for my clients to be their real selves and work on the issues that are important to them. Using humor and empathy, I help my clients master self-compassion as part of their therapeutic journey. I primarily use Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy to help my clients.
