About My Clients
My clients are often high-achieving women who appear capable and successful on the outside but feel overwhelmed, exhausted, or disconnected internally. They may be balancing demanding careers, motherhood, caregiving responsibilities, or major life transitions while struggling with anxiety, burnout, stress, or low mood. Many are tired of constantly pushing through and want to feel more present, confident, and at ease in their daily lives.
My Background and Approach
I am a licensed clinical psychologist with over 15 years of experience providing evidence-based therapy to adults. My professional background includes work in private practice, military settings, and the Department of Veterans Affairs, where I have treated a wide range of concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, burnout, life transitions, relationship difficulties, and stress-related disorders. My approach is warm, supportive, and practical. I draw primarily from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Interpersonal Therapy (IPT) to help clients better understand their patterns, develop effective coping strategies, and create meaningful change. Rather than simply talking about problems, therapy is focused on helping you gain insight, build skills, and move toward a life that feels more balanced, fulfilling, and aligned with your values.
