About My Clients
I have particular interest in family/relationship issues, family of origin concerns, life changes and perinatal mental health challenges. Whether you're dealing with lifelong hurt, struggling with painful relationship patterns, managing life transitions, recovering from trauma, battling environmental stressors or many other challenges, I hope to be able to offer a helpful perspective; gently challenge patterns and pointing out themes, to support you in meeting your goals and finding comfort.
My Background and Approach
My stance is compassionate, warm and non judgmental. I have a strong interest in supporting others in working though shame and pain to better embrace their authenticity, imperfections and all. I'm honored to join you in your journey. Having personally experienced the intensities of life's joys and sorrows and working in the mental health field for nearly two decades, I offer experienced and down to earth support in facing many of life's challenges.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I'm a divorced mom to three humans and one dog, a sister, daughter, friend, significant other, a feminist, an ally, a Postpartum OCD survivor and a passionate humanitarian, to name a few.
