About My Clients
Do you find yourself repeatedly drawn to unavailable partners, consumed by thoughts about a relationship, or feeling like your worth depends on whether someone chooses you? Perhaps you struggle to move on after a breakup, lose yourself in relationships, or feel trapped in cycles of longing, anxiety, and self-doubt. These patterns are often called love addiction, relationship dependency, or anxious attachment, but beneath them are frequently deeper attachment wounds and unresolved trauma.
My Background and Approach
I'm trained in EMDR , the gold standard for trauma treatment, along with Somatic Experiencing and Internal Family Systems (IFS), helping us work with the mind-body connection as a whole. My approach is holistic: you'll leave with practical, embodied tools for nervous system regulation, so you can feel more grounded and in control of your body and thoughts. This work is more than a profession for me, I've experienced it from the client side, and I've seen firsthand how much it can change a life. That's why I bring both clinical training and genuine belief in this process to every session. You don't have to keep feeling stuck in the same painful patterns, or keep measuring your worth by someone else's availability, attention, or approval. Together, we can build healthier relationships, deeper self-connection, and a life guided by your values, not your fears.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Outside of the therapy room, I'm passionate about creating safe, healing spaces for women of all backgrounds and faith traditions. My own journey with anxious attachment and healing from unavailable partners is part of what led me to this work, I understand it not just clinically, but personally. I'm a Christian, a feminist, and a proud supporter of the LGBTQ+ community. I'm also passionate about immigrant rights advocacy and volunteer with organizations like World Central Kitchen.
