About My Clients
I work with adults and older teens navigating trauma, anxiety, grief, depression, and life transitions. I also support LMSWs through structured, collaborative supervision. My approach is trauma-informed and bilingual (English/Español), integrating EMDR, IFS, and DBT. I offer virtual therapy and supervision across Texas.
My Background and Approach
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Supervisor (LCSW-S) with 12 years of experience supporting adults and older teens through trauma, anxiety, grief, and life transitions. I’m trained in EMDR and IFS, certified in DBT, and offer bilingual care (English/Español) to meet clients where they are—emotionally and culturally. My approach is warm, structured, and trauma-informed, helping clients build resilience and reconnect with their inner strengths. I also provide clinical supervision for LMSWs across Texas, blending real-world guidance with ethical and diagnostic training to support confident, competent growth.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
As a bilingual therapist (English/Español), I’m committed to creating spaces that honor cultural identity, lived experience, and emotional safety. I support racial justice, LGBTQ+ rights, and mental health access for underserved communities. I have experience working with individuals leaving high-demand religious environments, and I approach spiritual transitions with deep respect and care. My work is shaped by values of compassion, integrity, and curiosity—and I strive to be a grounded, affirming presence for anyone navigating trauma, systemic stress, or identity exploration.
