About My Clients
I work with each client as a unique individual listening to their perspective and goals and seeking to take steps toward a more full and enjoyable life. I specialize in anxiety, trauma, relationship conflict, identity, insecurity, anger, emotion regulation, stages of life, depression, difficulty sleeping and most issues that come up in human life. I love working with individuals, couples and families.
My Background and Approach
I provide a safe environment, offering understanding, expertise and keys to healing and growth. I want to know your unique story, develop a plan that fits your goals and work together to make progress. These have been distressing times increasing worry, adding stress to our relationships and leaving us struggling and I am here to bring support, relief and provide tools for growth. I am experienced in helping individuals, couples and families deal with conflict, anxiety, depression, communication issues, self esteem, abuse, anger issues, guilt, shame, spiritual concerns, loss and the impact of life's painful circumstances. I have been mentoring, teaching and counseling for over 20 years. I am trained in therapies designed to heal trauma, find your unique strengths and trust yourself more fully as you learn to regulate your distress and live in more healthy and loving ways. I believe in each individual's unique design and excel at guiding clients to hope and growth.

I believe you are deeply significant and worthy of love and compassion. I believe your true self is a unique design capable and courageous. I think most of what trips us up are ways we have adapted to the difficult circumstances and relationships we have been through in life and we can heal and find our way to healthy love and inner peace.
