About My Clients
My clients are often individuals who have carried the weight of trauma, whether from childhood experiences, attachment wounds, sexual trauma, or difficult events in adulthood. Many come to therapy feeling disconnected, anxious, or caught in patterns of stress and burnout that no longer serve them. Together, we work gently to understand the nervous system’s responses and create space for healing at a pace that feels safe.
My Background and Approach
I’m a trauma-focused therapist specializing in body-based approaches to healing. I’m a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP) and Lifespan Integration (LI) therapist, and I draw from advanced training in somatic therapy, parts work, and attachment theory. My work is grounded in the belief that healing happens when the body and mind are invited to reconnect safely. In our sessions, I help clients tune into their nervous systems, release stored activation, and gently integrate past experiences that have shaped patterns of survival. Rather than focusing only on symptoms or stories, we work with the body’s innate capacity to heal and find balance. My approach is warm, collaborative, and paced with care, supporting you in moving toward regulation, connection, and a felt sense of safety in your daily life.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that every person is inherently capable of healing and growth. My role is to offer a grounded, compassionate space where all parts of you are welcome. I honor the unique experiences and identities each person carries and hold space for all people regardless of race, gender identity, sexual orientation, religion, or background. My work is guided by respect, authenticity, and the belief that healing unfolds most naturally in an environment of safety, curiosity, and genuine human connection.
