My Background and Approach
I earned Bachelors & Masters Degree(s) in Social Work. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), and a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP). For 24 years I have been working as a social worker, and for the past 10+ years offering therapy. I have worked with individuals, couples and groups with clients in the age range of 6 - 86. Currently, I work with adults/individuals.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Some things that I do to keep myself balanced are running outside, reading, and being with family or friends. Self-care and balance for me is also watching a Netflix series or listening to Podcasts and music.
